Does Closet by Mika have a physical store?
At the moment we do not have a brick-and-mortar store. Closet by Mika has exclusive pop-ups every month at Vintage Weekend. Follow @thisvintageweekend on Instagram for updates on pop-up events!
Where are Closet by Mika garments made?
Proudly made in the Philippines. All our seamstresses are based in Muntinlupa and Makati City.
What are Closet by Mika garments made of?
Closet by Mika sources its fabrics from three main channels:
- Locally sourced fabrics purchased from small businesses in Binondo and Pasay.
- Thrifted materials, including secondhand clothes from ukay-ukays, charity shops, and other preloved sources.
- Customer donations, where clients can bring in their secondhand clothes to be redesigned into custom-made unique Closet by Mika pieces!
What makes Closet by Mika garments special?
Closet by Mika garments are sustainably and ethically made by human hands, crafted from locally sourced, thrifted, and upcycled materials. Each piece reflects a commitment to reducing waste and promoting responsible fashion.
We are determined to continue designing Custom-made garments for all shapes and sizes. All our designs can be customized to sizes XXS to XL.
Who makes Closet by Mika gaments?
Closet by Mika garments are carefully upcycled, with each piece cut and sewn by our skilled team of seamstresses from Muntinlupa. All Original Closet by Mika patterns are meticulously designed by Mika, a certified professional patternmaker and seamstress, ensuring every design is handmade by human hands.

We accept Credit Card payments through Paypal.
For manual local bank transfer we have:

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide across all continents through EMS Express.
We ship through J&T Express for local deliveries. We accept same-day deliveries within Metro Manila through Lalamove/Grab, booked by the customer.
What if I receive the wrong item or if something is missing?
We keep a photographic record of all orders before ship-out to confirm inclusion of all ordered items. Please email us straight away at hello@closetbymika.com so we can review the matter. In the case that we did make a mistake, no worries, we will instruct you to return the package to us through J&T or same-day couriers (within Metro Manila).
What if my order was lost or destroyed during shipment?
We understand that these things could happen, no worries, we will gladly replace your order with a fresh one! But we will need your help in filing the documentation of the incident to relay with our courier partners.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted online and paid, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Orders are immediately processed, at which point cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note that Closet by Mika cannot assume responsibility for reimbursing shipping costs due to a change of mind or incorrect shipping details provided during the ordering process. We kindly advise double-checking all shipping information prior to completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
